Ray Bowe
Chief Executive Officer
Ray Bowe leads the company with a focus on sales & marketing, strategy, business development and customer relationship management. He has over 30 years financial services experience spent developing and implementing customer centric business and technology change in a wide range of roles including IT, Strategy, Sales, Business Development and Customer Operations. Ray is a qualified Chartered Director (C Dir) and is an experienced non-executive director who currently serves on the boards of ChildVision and the Life Insurance Association (LIA). He was awarded an MSc in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin and an MBS in Business Practice from University College Cork. Ray is also an experienced and qualified Business Coach and is a Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

Dan Carroll leads the technical development of the business and works with customers from problem diagnosis, solution design through to full implementation. Dan has over 20 years experience in financial services in a wide range of roles including Actuarial, Reinsurance, Investment, Change Management and Operations. Dan is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in Ireland and has a MA in Mathematics and Economics from Trinity College.

Alan has 15+ years experience working primarily in Financial Services across a wide range of roles including IT Operations, Customer Service, and Strategic Change & Delivery. Alan is a qualified ActiveOps coach, he has a B.Comm from UCD, and an MSc in Business (Leadership & Management Practice) from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Martyn is a Director of Xcentuate New Zealand. Before joining Xcentuate Martyn held senior roles within ActiveOps since 2005, with the key responsibility of representing the group in New Zealand.Martyn has had a highly successful career within corporate business across New Zealand & Australia over the past thirty plus years. His career has been built upon fifteen years’ experience within the Banking and Finance industry, fulfilling a wide spectrum of management positions within the banking arena. The following ten years Martyn was specifically employed within the Credit Information and Receivable Management industry, working for a publicly listed corporate company holding several Senior Management positions across both Australia and New Zealand.

Arron is a Director of Xcentuate New Zealand, with a focus on implementation and delivery. Before joining Xcentuate, Arron was an associate for ActiveOps for 14 years, and had a prior career spanning roles within the Investment, Commercial and Retail Banking and Airline industries Arron has worked in Operational, Risk and Legal Compliance and Business Analysis/ICT Design roles for banks and corporates in both New Zealand and the UK. As part of a Business Change team at a major NZ corporate, Arron was key in evolving what has become the global best practice use of the AOM method for Lean/Kaizen for Continuous Improvement (Operations Council, USA).
