Xcentuate set to expand after agreeing new deal.
Xcentuate, the Dublin company, is set for expansion in Ireland on foot of a new contract with ActiveOps, its existing software-as-a-service partner.
Xcentuate was established three years ago to manage implementation projects for new ActiveOps customers in Ireland. Under its new three-year contract with the Reading base software house, it will now also manage ongoing contracts for existing ActiveOps customers in Ireland.
“This new agreement will allow us to offer a more holistic proposition to Customers locally from Ireland,” Ray Bowe, chief executive at Xcentuate Management Solutions, said. “Until now we’ve been focused on implementing systems and ongoing support has been managed from the UK.”
ActiveOps cloud-based system is used internationally by clients such as Barclays, Mercer and RBS to manage customer service functions. Xcentuate is ActiveOps sole partner in the Irish market.
It was set up in October 2017 by Bowe and Dan Carroll, its chief technical officer, and specialises in software and management processes for customer support functions in medium to large firms, predominately in financial services.
Xcentuate has eight clients in Ireland including Rabobank, Allianz and AIB. It employs 5 people in Dublin and works with a dedicated team of 15 staff in ActiveOps.
